You may transfer your funds using any of the following methods:

• Online Banking
• RENTAS Transfer (Over the Counter)
• DuitNow Transfer (for amounts RM50,000 and below)
• Cheque

After making your transfer, please send us a copy of the transaction slip or receipt as proof of payment.

Important:
If you are using another person’s or another entity’s bank account to make the payment, please complete a declaration form and wait for our confirmation before proceeding with the transfer.

Once all required documents have been received and verified, processing typically takes 7–14 working days.

We use Gambit Custody, a licensed Digital Asset Custodian approved by the Securities Commission Malaysia. Your assets are stored using advanced cryptographic security and access control systems.

Absolutely. Our Hybrid Asset Trust is designed to accommodate digital assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and tokenized securities.

Yes. You’ll receive both a digital and physical copy of your trust deed, along with an acknowledgment letter for your records.

Yes. You can request changes to beneficiaries, trustees, or asset allocations through our support team or client portal.

Distributions are only made upon your instruction or upon activation events (e.g. passing, milestone). You remain in full control.
